As a freelance designer, I take great pride in delivering high-quality, customized designs tailored to each customer's unique vision. Due to the nature of creative work and the time invested in each project, I have the following refund policy in place:

1. Deposits are Non-Refundable

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project in my schedule.
This covers initial communication, concept development, and booking time.

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you cancel the project before any design work has started, any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be returned.

3. Refunds After Work Has Begun

Once design work has commenced, partial refunds may be issued at my discretion, based on the amount of work completed. Refunds will not be issued for completed design phases or finalized files already delivered.

4. No Refunds on Final Deliverables

Due to the custom nature of book design and formatting services, no refunds will be issued after the final files have been approved and delivered.

5. Client Satisfaction

I am committed to your satisfaction and offer reasonable rounds of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Open communication throughout the process ensures we stay aligned with your vision.
